Michelle looked after our cats and rabbit while we were away for a week. She was great at keeping in touch with us and sent pictures every day with updates. We felt very confident that Michelle was taking the best care of them while away which made our trip relaxing knowing that they were in great hands. She cleaned litter boxes and also was good giving eye drops to our rabbit which is not an easy job. We will definitely use Michelle again the next time we go away.

Leaving my two cats in Michelle’s expert hands for 10 days made our trip stress free. She gathered info beforehand that would deal with any eventuality and came for a visit to meet the cats and see where the litterbox and food etc could be found. I cannot recommend Michelle’s Caring Cat Sitting Services highly enough! My cat, Mia, is extremely shy and hides from everyone other than my husband and me. Most of our friends have only caught glimpses of her racing to hide when they visit.

I was extremely worried about leaving Mia for a week-long vacation; however, Michelle amazed me by managing to establish a rapport with Mia during our Meet and Greet Session.

Throughout the week, Michelle provided daily updates and photos and it was obvious that her extremely gentle and patient approach was gaining Mia’s trust. Amazingly, Mia started to come and greet her at the door when she arrived!

Michelle was very attentive and kind with our cats AND bunnies. She was completely flexible about feeding our outdoor bunnies on top of caring for our two cats. Michelle watched our 2 girls for 4 days while we were in Vegas. After the initial meet and greet, I booked Michelle right away as I knew it was the perfect match! Excellent experience. I recently used Michelle to care for my four cats while I was out of town for a few days. Despite the short notice she was very responsive and we were able to set up a meet and greet in time for my departure. When I was delayed due to a traffic accident she was very understanding and made alternate arrangements to accommodate the delay. Michelle was wonderful! My cats warmed up to her in no time, she has a very calm, gentle nature that was perfect for my crew (especially my very shy guy who is a previous feral and normally runs for the hills when someone new enters the house). I cannot say enough good things about Michelle and the excellent care she gave to my 3 kitty cats!

Just before my 2 week adventure to Egypt, my 20 year old cat who’s diabetes had been in remission became full blown diabetic again. I was a basket case to say the least! Michelle took amazing care with him and the other 2 cats. Although she did not actually administer the insulin shots (I had someone else that came to do just that for him) she communicated beautifully with this person and when I came home my kitty Dexter was still with us! It was so brave on her to take on this task on such short notice.

When we came home my cats were happy, relaxed and although I know they missed us I’m know they enjoyed her visits with them. Their area in our basement for litter boxes was clean and smelled good!( Lol) Michelle sent me pictures daily and every day she left notes for the other care giver so they could co-ordinate about how things were going. My home was just the way we left it! I was so pleased!
